Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a sales leadership role, preferably in SaaS. β€’ Proven track record of exceeding personal and team quotas in competitive markets. β€’ Experience working across diverse European and ROW markets, with a strong understanding of regional nuances. β€’ Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and inspire sales teams to achieve high performance. β€’ Strong ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to inform strategies. β€’ Highly organized and data-driven, with experience managing sales pipelines and forecasts to align with company objectives. β€’ Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
