📋 Description

•Manage the customer lifecycle and relationships for Partnership customers. •Be responsible for relationship building and metrics such as Customer Health and Retention. •Become a trusted advisor to Partners to understand their needs and help them achieve goals. •Develop technical knowledge of Roomvo products and integrations. •Drive requirements gathering meetings with Partners and internal teams. •Serve as a key voice of Partnership customers to internal teams. •Engage with customers to assess priorities and identify opportunities. •Work closely with Partners to achieve holistic success for them and Dealers. •Attend tradeshows and conventions hosted by partners. •Proactively provide assets and resources to Partners.

🎯 Requirements

•Experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role. •Direct experience working with customers and managing a book of business. •Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to a variety of audiences. •Quickly learn and set up technically complex processes and tasks. •Detail-oriented while working alongside technical teams as well as zooming out on the big picture. •Professional and comfortable engaging C-suite executives both virtually and in person. •Can manage priorities under tight deadlines. •Comfortable using Google Workspace and Salesforce. •Clear communication skills, both written and verbal. •Willingness to travel to attend tradeshows and conferences as required. •Experience in SaaS is a plus. •Bonus asset: Fluency in a second language.
