β€’ Sales Development Representative role at LearnLux focusing on reducing financial stress in the workplace through customized financial wellness platforms β€’ Responsibilities include building lists, qualifying sales opportunities, handling inbound sales pipeline, managing an organized pipeline, and collaborating with Marketing and Product teams β€’ Seek and analyze prospect information online to leverage in sales efforts β€’ Remote-first job with a focus on reducing financial stress at work and empowering individuals to access financial guidance on demand

Requirements

β€’ At least 1-2+ years of SDR experience in the SaaS space β€’ Experience in the HR Technology space a plus β€’ Experience with long sales cycles requiring nurturing and relationship building β€’ Team player and self motivator β€’ Strong verbal and writing communication skills β€’ Resourceful, flexible and able to operate in an environment without big corporate structure β€’ BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required β€’ Strong copywriting skills, Knowledge of HubSpot, Passion for personal finance, employee financial wellbeing and democratizing access to financial guidance
