Description

• Sales Development Representative role at LearnLux focusing on reducing financial stress in the workplace through customized financial wellness platforms • Responsibilities include building lists, qualifying sales opportunities, handling inbound sales pipeline, managing an organized pipeline, and collaborating with Marketing and Product teams • Seek and analyze prospect information online to leverage in sales efforts • Remote-first job with a focus on reducing financial stress at work and empowering individuals to access financial guidance on demand

Requirements

• At least 1-2+ years of SDR experience in the SaaS space • Experience in the HR Technology space a plus • Experience with long sales cycles requiring nurturing and relationship building • Team player and self motivator • Strong verbal and writing communication skills • Resourceful, flexible and able to operate in an environment without big corporate structure • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required • Strong copywriting skills, Knowledge of HubSpot, Passion for personal finance, employee financial wellbeing and democratizing access to financial guidance
