Description

• Responsible for building long-term relationships with customers. • Manages and grows accounts by building effective relationships and providing customer support. • Plans, develops, and executes sales strategies for assigned region. • Utilizes various techniques to develop relationships with prospective customers. • Delivers sales presentations and negotiates terms with customers. • Collaborates with internal and external groups to understand market needs. • Communicates regularly with Sales Support Representatives on order updates. • Enters accurate data in the CRM and other systems. • Participates in trade shows and marketing campaigns. • Promotes a clean workspace and adheres to quality standards.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. • Experience: 10 + years of related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Proven ability to research, analyze, plan and execute on strategies, business plans, and other sales initiatives. • Strong organization skills, delegation skills, with strong project management and prioritization skills. • Strong forward-thinking to create future sales strategies and solutions on current accounts. • Experienced in on-site training and education of large client groups and executives on processing optimization, troubleshooting, and key product attributes. • Effective problem-solving and multi-tasking skills. • Ability to exercise sound and accurate judgement. • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems; MS Office applications; and manufacturing, inventory control and order processing software. • Strong oral communication skills; ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and governmental regulations. • Ability to write correspondence that is professional in both content and tone. • Excellent ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from both internal and external customers, and vendors. • Customer-focused, self-motivated, possessing a drive to compete and succeed; energetic, honest, ability to listen, network, mentor, and influence individuals and teams; can build and maintain relationships with ease. • Team player with leadership abilities; independent, self-starter. • Enjoys and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a huge drive to create an impact while effectively listening and problem-solving.
