•Legacy Restoration is the leader in residential home exterior renovation, offering a complete line of roofing, siding, windows, gutters and installation services. •Our purpose, built on the foundation of our core values, is to improve the quality of life for our employees and customers through the pursuit of excellence. •We offer career advancement, growth and leadership development opportunities. •We are active members of the communities we serve through actively giving back and participating in volunteer activities. •This is a remote, work-at-home position. •Responsibilities: •Uses professional communication etiquette and listening skills to answer a variety of inbound sales calls, effectively and compassionately guiding customers and scheduling appointments. •Communicates appropriately in both a scripted and non-scripted environment, with the ability to have an impromptu and authentic conversation that builds rapport by focusing on each customer's specific needs. •Provides solutions to resolve customer complaints and concerns over the course of the call (applying persuasion techniques to influence as appropriate) -- always presenting the most accurate product and service information. •Maintains professional composure when actively asking customers for the sale •Enters data into the system in real-time, editing for accuracy during the call. •Responding to incoming e-mail correspondence in an articulate and comprehensible manner that enhances the overall customer experience.

Requirements

•2 – 4 years of Call Center experience in – Sales, Customer Service, Collections or Telemarketing •An upbeat personality that is driven for success •Demonstrates a high level of integrity by doing the right thing every time •The ability to establish rapport and credibility with customers and peers while using a pleasant voice and maintaining composure •The ability to persuade and educate customers on the benefits of Legacy products while closing the sale and scheduling their appointment •Knowledge of computer and telephone systems - Microsoft and CRM •The ability to read and utilize optional scripting in a conversational manner •Be receptive to constant coaching and feedback •Must be results and goal-oriented •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
