• Attend required training • Accept in-bound calls in a timely manner and consistent with policy • Accurately answer questions from members and providers per scripted guidelines • Continually learn and retain information regarding Medicaid policy • Provide effective solutions to meet customers’ needs and problems • Provide polite, friendly and helpful verbal exchanges in person and via telephone • Work quickly and efficiently according to productivity expectations • Maintain daily production goals and meet or exceed required response times

Requirements

• Associate’s degree, or equivalent work experience • 1-2 years of experience within a call center environment highly preferred • Previous experience in customer service and health care claim billing procedures • Knowledge of Medicaid billing procedures preferred • Excellent attendance record
