We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative to be a key player in our growth journey. • You'll take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from building strong relationships with leads, negotiating contracts, to closing deals and ensuring seamless account management. • If you're passionate about sales, fluent in English, and eager to make an impact, this role is for you! • What You’ll Be Doing: • Handle sales orders and invoices efficiently • Create and negotiate contracts • Lead the sales process from initial contact to post-sale support • Make outbound calls to nurture and convert potential leads • Close deals through inbound and outbound calls, securing contract signatures • Provide exceptional customer support to clients • Schedule and coordinate appointments • Organize logistics for sales meetings and events • Maintain and update client records in the company CRM • Generate sales analytics and performance reports • Collaborate across teams to streamline sales operations • Assist in crafting engaging sales materials for presentations • Take on other exciting tasks that come your way!

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales support or administration • Independent worker with excellent time management skills • English proficiency (C1 level) in both written and verbal communication • Familiarity with cloud-based tools like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Apple iSuite, Zoom, and project management software • Experience with CRM platforms • Positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn • Bonus: Knowledge of email marketing and social media engagement
