Description

• The Solution Consultant is primarily responsible for determining the overall strategic, operational, and technical scope of new business opportunities with prospective and existing customers. • Works closely with the LegitScript sales team and prospective customers to understand strategic business challenges, identify appropriate solutions, and communicate how LegitScript uniquely addresses them. • Drafts and assists with the drafting of presentations and other materials that explain products and services to prospects and customers. • Provides expertise and support to sales teams to communicate the benefits and business value of LegitScripts products and services. • Works closely with the Analyst Operations, Product, and Legal teams to leverage current offerings while tailoring solutions to meet customer’s unique needs. • Manages and enhances the custom solution process, leading and project managing discovery, technical assessment, evaluation of level of effort, and proposed pricing for unique implementations and custom solutions. • Proposes improved solutions and processes to customers and explains the benefits of changes. • Project manages prospect/customer pilots, working with the customer to develop critical success criteria, monitoring pilot progress, and coordinating internal resources required to deliver a successful pilot. • Assists with the orchestration of customer evaluations, provisioning trial accounts, assisting with user creation, and providing platform enablement. • Partners with the Product Development teams to provide market and field feedback.

Requirements

• Excellent sales and customer service skills with a proven ability to explain technical products to non-technical audiences • 2+ years of related solutions consulting, or solutions architecture experience required • Prior experience with web-based technologies (HTML/CSS, Javascript/Typescript) • Ability to apply engineering, technology, or other related principles to product sales • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and basic troubleshooting tools (Postman, cURL, etc) • Familiarity with web applications and using utilities like Developer Tools • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups of varying size • Excellent time management and problem solving skills as well as the ability to use good judgment and make strong independent decisions • Demonstrates an inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members along with willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance
