Description

• Provide technical leadership and oversight of developing technical initiatives • Ensure the viability of programs in execution • Review proposals and white papers • Manage IPT and subcontractor development efforts • Support Engineering Change Proposals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM field with a minimum of 13+ years of related work experience, or a Masters with a minimum of 10 years of related work experience • Aviation experience (5 years minimum), or Mission Equipment Payload (MEP) systems experience for manned, or unmanned platforms • Technical leadership experience (3 years minimum) leading a medium-to-large program supporting design, development, integration, and testing of a complex, multi-component system • Ability to mentor and lead technical team • Current DOD Secret Clearance
