β€’ Strong leadership skills: ability to arrange work, quality control, and checking assignments given to the Tech team β€’ Handling customer technical support cases through phone and email submission β€’ Updating the company website with tech tips and brief documents β€’ Evaluating system potential through assessing the compatibility of new programs with existing programs β€’ Improving existing programs by evaluating objectives and specifications, reviewing proposed changes, and making recommendations β€’ Maintaining system functionality by testing computer components β€’ Achieving computer system objectives through collecting relevant data, identifying and evaluating options, and suggesting a course of action β€’ Maintain client confidence by keeping their information confidential β€’ Preparing reference material for users by drafting operation instructions β€’ Aid the products installation process, be able to install the products

Requirements

β€’ Must be 18 years of age or older β€’ High school diploma/GED required (Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred) β€’ Experience using Python and C++ β€’ A passion for technology β€’ A background in tech and/or IT β€’ Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times β€’ Must be available to work occasional nights, holidays, and weekends β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills β€’ Must be willing, and able to travel to multiple sites, including out of state, extra travel compensation applies
