β€’ Perform Program / Project Management, Installation of Network Equipment, WAN/LAN Network Topologies, Network Cabling, and Customer Support. β€’ Work in a Team Environment that includes Construction Project Management, Physical Security, Network Engineering, and Network Security Team Members. β€’ Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers. β€’ Responsible for delivery and support of IT Services based on ITIL v3 best practices. β€’ Provides Project Management and oversight of the installation of network equipment at new Locations, decommission and closing of Leidos locations. β€’ Plan, develop, and implement Information Technology projects, schedule, and scope requirements. β€’ Responsible for project closeout activities such as collecting lessons learned.

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of IT Support experience. β€’ Ability to listen to and understand customer expectations and concerns. β€’ Ability to define customer requirements and determine best technical solution. β€’ Ability to multi-task, manage, and provide oversight to multiple projects. β€’ Highly organized individual and ability to effectively communicate at a technical level. β€’ Experience leading IT network or infrastructure projects. β€’ Experience with IT project engineering best practices. β€’ US Citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed. β€’ A+, Network+, or Security+ Certifications preferred. β€’ PMP Certified or ability to obtain preferred.
