• Help customers solve their more demanding challenges via technology, modernization, and transformation processes. • Design Salesforce and Mulesoft solutions for Leidos customers. • Provide strategic engineering support for our Salesforce development teams. • Ensure all Salesforce solutions adhere to government security requirements. • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Division CTOs to design and build solutions. • Ensure documentation and completion of the steps for testing. • Support the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce applications.
• BS degree and 6+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 4+ years of prior relevant experience • At least 5 years’ experience in a leading role/team lead for delivery of Salesforce projects • At least one of the following Salesforce certifications: ServiceCloud Consultant, HyperAutomation Specialist, Platform App Developer, Platform Developer I & II, OmniStudio Developer, JavaScript Developer I, Administrator, Advanced Administrator • Salesforce developers’ w/solution development experience in these products: Healthcloud, Experience Cloud, ServiceCloud, Lightening Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, AnyPoint Studio, Visualforce, Flosum, Copado • Salesforce developers with 6+ years of Apex coding experience with quantifiable examples to support the quality and velocity of your personal production and output • Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and developing SW code that meets industry standards • Healthcare IT experience, knowledge of HIPAA, and understanding of concepts around protection of PII and PHI data • AWS Connect telephony solutions • Mature communication skills and an understanding of timely communication • Well-developed problem-solving skills and analytical mind • Experience implementing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for healthcare customers • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online • A self-starter, experienced in leading projects or delivery work streams • Excellent relationship-building skills • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to observe trends • Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels • Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence • Excellent ability to coach, motivate and direct work tasks to a multi-disciplinary team of Salesforce professionals • US Citizenship with ability to achieve and maintain a US Federal government Public Trust clearance
