• Senior Technical Sales Specialist for Control Valves in a customer-facing role • Responsible for the identification & pursuit of strategic growth accounts • Develop targeted customer/segment campaigns to increase sales • Conduct assessments of industry segments identifying key applications • Manage complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders • Technical, economical, logistical, and financial aspects involved in creating proposals • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop winning value propositions
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or 10+ years of related valves technical solutions experience • 5+ years experience in application engineering, industrial sales, or customer service with Masoneilan products • Demonstrate experience of working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environment • Good interpersonal and leadership skills, inclusive working style and able to effectively interface with all levels of internal organization and external customers • Availability to travel for business up to 50% of the time
