Description

• Provide excellent customer service • Support sales team by overseeing order process • Provide shipment tracking information • Work with accounting on AP/AR processes • Facilitate return requests • Handle order modifications/changes • Produce and distribute reports • Process shipping label requests • Perform other duties as needed

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • High-level organization and time-management skills • Ability to work quickly and accurately in both independent and team situations • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel, and ability to learn new software • Aptitude for learning new systems quickly • Financial skills and background • Ability to juggle a variety of tasks at the same time • Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic
