Description

• Organize and manage multiple projects across different pipelines. • Coordinate and monitor project hand-off to external vendor partners. • Communicate with internal teams and vendors, manage risks and issues. • Track project progress to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal process partners and external vendors.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience in project management or relevant experience, preferably in residential construction. • Strong familiarity with architectural plans and specifications. • Proficiency in 3D rendering and modeling software, such as 3ds Max or VRay, is preferred. • Solid understanding of the rendering process and ability to optimize files for efficiency.
