Description

• Own client relationship from contract execution through lifetime with LGC • Build strong relationships within assigned clients, and develop a deep understanding of clients’ business operations, business objectives and challenges. • Achieve client satisfaction, retention and revenue growth goals with your assigned accounts • Facilitate regular engagements with your assigned clients • Partner with Sales & Implementation to seamlessly onboard clients • Communicate with day to day program managers • Manage client expectations on program scope • Drive growth through additional tests, services and populations • Develop and manage client business/account plans • Understand and manage internal OKRs • Forecast accuracy and regular updates via SFDC • Ensure client understands value (ROI) of LGC • Drive participant utilization in collaboration with patient engagement • Work with internal partners to meet the client’s reporting and analytics needs • Partner with Client Success Managers, where applicable.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of account management experience, ideally within the health tech sector • Preferred experience managing accounts in the healthcare system, clinical or wellness solutions, and digital health industries • Experience working in a startup environment • Exceptional program management skills • Ability to apply effective discovery skills to uncover client needs and feedback • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to effectively work cross-functionally in a growth environment and adapt to fast changing needs • Good level of understanding of Salesforce • Critical thinking and problem solving skills • Strategic account oversight supporting consultative selling techniques with health plan clients • Attention to detail • Manage expectations internally and with the client
