Description

• Sell Axonify’s modern learning platform to enterprise level clients • Penetrate new markets and establish new named accounts • Manage opportunities from qualification to close • Navigate to decision makers and build business cases illustrating ROI • Creatively address potential 'red flags' in buying processes • Develop an effective territory strategy for prospecting coverage and pipeline generation • Disrupt the 'status quo' within organizations • Own the relationship through the sales process • Present and demonstrate the Axonify solution to potential prospects • Collaborate with marketing team to establish and grow pipeline • Offer guidance to junior sales team members

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience selling complex B2B SaaS software to enterprise clients, preferably in a disruptive market • Technical solution expertise • Strong understanding of business, sales, and strategic pipeline growth and management • Persuading and influencing skills • Ability to deliver effective presentations and create a strong value proposition • Self-motivated and goal-oriented • Experience in prospecting, developing client relationships, and negotiating complex deals • Ability to manage and track activities in Salesforce • Flexibility to travel within North America up to 25% of the time
