β’ Aethir is revolutionizing the way enterprises leverage GPU-based compute for artificial intelligence (AI). β’ Seeking a passionate and results-oriented Enterprise AI Salesperson to join our growing team and play a key role in driving the growth of our industry-leading AI compute solutions. β’ Responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with enterprise clients, and exceeding sales targets for Aethir's enterprise-grade GPU-based compute for AI. β’ Deliver compelling sales pitches that showcase the value propositions and ROI of Aethir's AI-centric offerings. β’ Partner with marketing to identify and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns. β’ Work closely with customer success to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. β’ Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Aethir's evolving product portfolio.
β’ Minimum 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in the cloud computing or bare metal or AI solutions sectors. β’ Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a complex B2B environment. β’ Strong understanding of the current AI landscape and its applications across various industries (e.g. Training/LLM). β’ Experience in an early-stage startup technology company is required. Even better if you understand Web3, tokenomics/cryptocurrency principles (but that part can be taught). β’ You must know what a GPU is - and why it matters in this world (specifically H100s and A100s and high-end GPUs). β’ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. We operate in English - if you know Mandarin as well, thatβs a big bonus, but not required. β’ Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels. β’ Deep understanding of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. β’ Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision (across multiple timezones). β’ Proficient in CRM software (Hubspot) and other relevant sales tools - we live and die by the numbers. β’ Ability to travel as needed, but generally not required (it is offered though).
β’ Competitive compensation and commission structure (up to $2M in commission per year) β’ Can be flexible on benefits, depending on location and setup. β’ Salary is also flexible depending on location and setup.
