Description

• Seeking an experienced FP&A leader to contribute to financial strategy and growth. • Provide leadership in opportunities analysis, business planning, accounting, and budgeting efforts. • Lead the FP&A process in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management. • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor key performance indicators. • Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis, to executive leadership. • Oversee the development and maintenance of financial models for planning and analysis.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance • 3+ years of experience in retail, ecommerce or commercial hardware. • Expertise in data analysis, business reporting, and financial modeling with strong communication skills. • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Vena and NetSuite a plus • Proficient in PowerPoint and the creation of slides that simplify complex data and analysis • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements. • Ability to build strategic relationships and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Detail-oriented, with strong project management and multitasking skills. • Embraces continuous improvement and thrives in fast-paced environments.
