•ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, seeks a dynamic and strategic Director of Finance. •You will be instrumental in driving financial strategy, overseeing financial operations, and ensuring the organization achieves its financial objectives while maintaining compliance with federal regulations. •ARETUM is known for providing cutting-edge solutions and outstanding service to Federal clients in various sectors, including Next Generation Analytics, Engineering Services, Training Services, IT Systems, Cyber Security, PMO Support, and Financial Consulting. •Our mission is to deliver technology-driven solutions that meet the unique needs of our government clients, enabling them to achieve their objectives effectively and efficiently. •Responsibilities include bringing in best practices, managing financial teams, supporting monthly financial close, leading reporting, maintaining cost control, and improving operations through efficient processes.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. •15+ years of experience with financial planning, analysis, and operations in a government contractor environment, preferably in services companies. •Strong analytical and communication skills, with solid project planning and people management experience. •Ability to proactively problem-solve. •Strong team player who believes in communication and collaboration. •Experience with DCAA compliance in a Government Contractor setting. •Experience working with Program Managers, Division Leads, and senior executive leadership. •Strong knowledge and experience with FAR compliance, CAS compliance, and GAAP compliance. •Understanding of financial statements and ability to interpret and evaluate profit and loss statements and balance sheets relevant to operations. •Proficiency in Unanet. •Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
