Description

•Think of Us is a Research + Design lab addressing foster care system challenges. •Lead the transformation of internal structures and processes in a nonprofit. •Supervise teammates in People & Culture, Finance, and support services. •Drive systems change through creative problem-solving and innovative results.

Requirements

•Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills •Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities •Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity •Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement •High level of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information and situations •Candidates with Lived Experience or personal experience in the foster care system are encouraged to apply •Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in Business Administration or related field. •15+ years of nonprofit administration experience, with a focus on administration, compliance, and people and culture •Strong understanding of nonprofit financial management and compliance requirements •Experience in developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures •Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams •Excellence in personnel management and resource allocation •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions •Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization •Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion •Passion for social impact and a commitment to Think of Us' mission •Experience with or understanding of nonprofit tech companies is a plus
