📋 Description

• Interested in working for a company that provides you a chance to grow professionally, give back to society, and make money doing it? • We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Channel Partners & Go-to-Market Strategy to lead the strategy and execution of building and scaling partner programs in a recurring software and services business. • Operating within the MarTech and Digital Experience space, this role is pivotal to driving market penetration and revenue growth across private enterprise and public sector markets. • As the Director, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of partners, including resellers, affiliate partners, systems integrators, digital agencies, cloud marketplaces, and business consultancies. • You will design and execute programs that empower partners to deliver exceptional value to customers while scaling the organization’s reach and impact. • Reporting directly to the CRO, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, Product, and Finance teams. • You will lead a global team of fewer than five team members.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in channel and partner management, preferably in the MarTech, Digital Experience, or SaaS industries. • Proven track record of designing and scaling successful partner programs that drive measurable revenue growth. • Experience with diverse partner ecosystems, including resellers, systems integrators, cloud marketplaces, and digital agencies. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a global team. • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across functions, geographies, and organizational levels. • Analytical mindset with expertise in measuring partner performance, ROI, and market impact. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Experience with public sector partnerships is a plus.
