Description

• The Manager, Software Engineering is a hands-on leader who will provide oversight and input to software delivery • Building, mentoring, and leading a team of engineers • Ensure high-quality product delivery • Requires occasional after-hours support • Report to the VP, Engineering and may require travel to Las Vegas

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer • Passionate about software development with a history of delivering software products at scale • Execution focus - self-starter with a track record of achievement • Backend Skills: C#, ASP.NET Core, RESTful APIs, Entity Framework Core, MS-SQL • Frontend Skills: React (v18), Redux, TypeScript, RTK Query, JEST unit testing, HTML, CSS • Developer Tools: Bitbucket (Git), JIRA, Azure DevOps, Postman, Swagger • Knowledge of Agile software development life cycle • Strong leadership and teaming skills • Creative problem-solver • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Analytical, inquisitive, and innovative
