📋 Description
• Seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Endpoint Management Engineering to lead a team of engineers • Oversee the development and execution of endpoint management strategies • Ensure the seamless operation, enhancement, and security of endpoint management services • Collaborate with IT Security, Help Desk, and Infrastructure teams • Manage endpoint management-related projects and ensure timely delivery
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience) • 5+ years of experience managing Microsoft SCCM, Endpoint Management, and Intune • 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role with direct reports • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and associated technologies • Familiarity with OSD (Operating System Deployment) • Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell) • Strong understanding of Packaging applications and deployment • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a technical team • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
