📋 Description
• Responsible for essential specialized support and executing all aspects of the onboarding process • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires • Coordinate onboarding schedules, including orientation sessions and training programs • Ensure all necessary pre-employment checks, paperwork, and documentation are completed timely • Partner closely with hiring managers and candidates for efficient onboarding experience • Respond to escalated ServiceNow ticket inquiries regarding onboarding • Facilitate and monitor onboarding sessions for new candidates • Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees during onboarding • Conduct regular check-ins with new employees and their managers • Collect feedback from new hires on the onboarding experience • Maintain appropriate documentation for legal compliance in ATS • Identify opportunities to enhance the onboarding process
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma required • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Minimum 2-4 years onboarding/ HR experience required
