📋 Description
• Responsible for essential specialized support and executing all aspects of the onboarding process. • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires. • Coordinate onboarding schedules, including orientation sessions. • Ensure pre-employment checks, paperwork, and documentation are completed. • Partner with hiring managers and candidates to deliver onboarding experience. • Respond to escalated ServiceNow ticket inquiries. • Facilitate onboarding sessions for new candidates. • Provide ongoing support to new hires during their transition. • Conduct regular check-ins with new employees.
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma required • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Minimum 2-4 years onboarding/ HR experience required
