• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires • Coordinate onboarding schedules • Ensure all necessary pre-employment checks and documentation are completed • Partner closely with hiring managers and candidates • Respond to escalated ServiceNow ticket inquiries • Facilitate and monitor onboarding sessions • Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees • Conduct regular check-ins with new employees and their managers • Collect feedback from new hires on the onboarding experience • Maintain appropriate documentation for legal compliance in ATS • Identify opportunities to enhance the onboarding process
• High School Diploma required • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Minimum 2-4 years onboarding/HR experience required
