📋 Description
• Responsible for end-to-end onboarding process. • Coordinate onboarding schedules and ensure pre-employment checks. • Provide ongoing support to new hires and facilitate onboarding sessions. • Conduct regular check-ins and collect feedback to drive improvement. • Maintain documentation for legal compliance in ATS.
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. • Minimum 2-4 years onboarding/ HR experience required.
