📋 Description
• Responsible for essential specialized support in onboarding process • Manage end-to-end onboarding process • Coordinate onboarding schedules • Ensure timely completion of pre-employment checks • Partner with hiring managers and candidates • Resolve onboarding related inquiries • Facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires • Provide ongoing support to new hires • Conduct regular check-ins with new employees • Maintain documentation for legal compliance • Identify opportunities to enhance onboarding process • Collaborate with Manager to develop onboarding materials • Stay current with industry trends • Regular and reliable attendance
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma required • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Minimum 2-4 years onboarding/ HR experience required
