• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires • Coordinate onboarding schedules • Ensure all necessary pre-employment checks are completed • Partner closely with hiring managers and candidates • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for new hires • Facilitate and monitor onboarding sessions • Coordinate with various departments • Serve as the primary point of contact • Provide ongoing support • Conduct regular check-ins with new employees • Collect feedback from new hires • Maintain documentation for legal compliance • Identify opportunities to enhance onboarding process • Collaborate with the Manager, Talent Acquisition and Onboarding • Stay current with industry trends • Regular and reliable attendance • Perform other duties as assigned
