📋 Description
• Responsible for managing the onboarding process for new hires • Ensure pre-employment paperwork is completed timely • Facilitate onboarding sessions for new candidates • Serve as primary contact for new hires during onboarding • Conduct regular check-ins with new employees and managers • Maintain compliance documentation in ATS • Identify and implement improvements for onboarding process
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma required • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Minimum 2-4 years onboarding/HR experience required
