📋 Description
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires • Coordinate onboarding schedules • Ensure all necessary pre-employment checks are completed • Partner closely with hiring managers • Respond to escalated ServiceNow ticket inquiries • Facilitate and monitor onboarding sessions • Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees • Conduct regular check-ins with new employees • Collect feedback from new hires • Maintain appropriate documentation for legal compliance • Identify opportunities to enhance onboarding process • Collaborate with the Manager, Talent Acquisition
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma required • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Minimum 2-4 years onboarding/ HR experience required
