📋 Description

• Deliver an excellent Provider experience by managing the onboarding process for Providers • Train and onboard Providers to the Wonderschool platform and suite of products • Help Providers grow their businesses and make more money • Be super organized; log all interactions and call notes in CRM (HubSpot) • Recruit virtually, and sometimes in-person, child care providers for business coaching and to use our tools • Empower Providers to be self-starters, to proactively find answers to their questions, and to become adept users of Wonderschool’s products • Work closely with sales, customer support and engineering to report issues and bugs • Contribute to the positive, high-performing, and winning culture of the provider team • Be willing to travel when needed, ~25% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of onboarding, customer service, or account management experience in the technology or education space • Comfort with high volume/velocity customer interactions • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through email, video demos, and audio calls • Prior experience using HubSpot or another CRM solution • Demonstrated embodiment of Wonderschool values: • Delight Customers: Empathy and patience for our customer base • Be Scrappy: Quick learning, curiosity, and adaptability in an ever-changing start-up environment • Be a Driver: Strong problem-solving skills • Preferred bilingual in Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills
