• Responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional onboarding experience for new members • Exceptional communication skills and ability to adapt correspondence to various audiences • Create a positive first impression by gathering necessary information for members • Manage member inquiries via calls, emails, or chats • Ensure timely contact with new members within 24-48 hours • Identify and resolve member needs for an ultimate customer experience • Guide members through registering for Member Portal access • Listen to service problems, determine root causes, and present resolution options • Document all communication and upload documents to internal database • Maintain clear documentation of member conversations
• 3+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment • Strong people skills • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Skilled in educating members on the benefits of their membership • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Skilled at recognizing individual differences in communication and adapting your approach accordingly • Excellent attention to detail to ensure full onboarding of our members and treatment plans are well documented • Exceptional time management skills • Well versed with healthcare and medical terminology • Aptitude for problem-solving • Sound business judgment • Exceptional computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
