📋 Description

• Manage customer onboarding process for identified customers. • Ensure positive customer experience during onboarding process. • Work with internal and external stakeholders to support onboarding. • Collaborate with teams to streamline implementation processes. • Conduct planning and training sessions and provide technical support. • Facilitate customer implementations through cross-functional collaboration. • Manage project timelines, expectations, and training documentation. • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders. • Resolve issues to maintain project momentum.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in project management, business administration, or similar vocations. • Minimum of three years of relevant experience. • Strong customer relationships and commitment to customer service excellence. • Proven project management skills focused on customer engagement. • Proficient with Microsoft applications, especially Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint. • Experience with Smartsheet or other project management software. • Ability to build rapport with customers/business partners. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills. • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%-75%). • Minimum CAPM certification required; PMP preferred.
