📋 Description
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires. • Coordinate onboarding schedules and sessions. • Ensure all necessary pre-employment checks and paperwork are completed. • Partner with hiring managers and candidates for an efficient onboarding experience. • Respond to escalated ServiceNow ticket inquiries. • Facilitate onboarding sessions for new candidates. • Serve as the primary contact during onboarding. • Collect feedback for continuous improvement. • Maintain documentation for legal compliance in ATS. • Identify opportunities to enhance the onboarding process.
🎯 Requirements
• Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. • Experience: Minimum 2-4 years onboarding/ HR experience required
