📋 Description
• Lead the English and Spanish-speaking Inbound Sales teams • Sales coordination, reporting, event planning, and administrative support • Oversee a team of 8 for church customer sales • Coordinate key sales events and develop supporting content • Minimal travel, occasionally overnight
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred • 3-5 years of customer service experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Business Intelligence, and Oracle • Ability to engage and collaborate across teams • Strong organizational skills • Understanding of Latin American culture • Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church • Experience in sales coordination preferred • Prior leadership experience in sales or customer service teams preferred • Fluency in spoken and written Spanish preferred
