📋 Description

• Configure demonstrations of our time and attendance, leave management, and scheduling products based on prospective client requirements. • Be a creative problem solver and weave compelling stories within our solutions. • Create, maintain, and troubleshoot application environments. • Participate in discovery calls and requirements interpretation. • Prepare detailed demonstration documentation. • Collaborate and review product configurations with Solution Consultants. • Conduct occasional presentations to prospective customers. • Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to quickly learn product configuration using a proprietary programming language. • Previous experience with complex software configuration desirable. • Knowledge of databases and SQL. • Must work well as a team member and be motivated individually. • Be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines and tight turnarounds. • Suggest best practices within the scope of our products’ capabilities. • Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills. • Previous experience with Excel formulas helpful. • Travel Occasional travel may be required. Travel is less than 10%.
