📋 Description

• Join our team as a Director of Business Systems, reporting directly to the Deputy CFO. • This role is in charge of overall systems architecture and governance, including data architecture and Master Data Management (MDM) strategy, while maintaining compliance and performance standards. • Design and oversee the enterprise-wide systems roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices. • Establish and enforce governance standards and policies to maintain system & data integrity, system security, and system performance including defining data domains and data domain ownership. • Work collaboratively with IT teams and other key business contacts to clearly understand the business needs and technical requirements. • Drive business process improvements and lead integrated system design, ensuring scalable and proficient operations. • Manage business solutions teams, service providers, and architects to deliver innovative, end-to-end technology solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience, including experience in technology architecture, design and planning across a variety of technology stacks (including security, applications, database, infrastructure, integration, and cloud) • 5-7 years of leadership experience • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields (Master’s or MBA preferred) • Proven experience of managing complex information technology platforms and integrations, and leading software engineering teams • Expertise in aligning emerging technologies with business strategies and leading complex system integrations. • Solid knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, APIs, and microservices, with experience in cloud and on-premise ecosystems. • Proven ability to gather and translate business process requests into clear technical requirements, particularly in Finance, Sales, Marketing, and HR. • Exemplary communication skills, comfortable switching from a detailed technical lens, to higher level business-centric dialogue.
