Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in project management roles. • Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance regulations. • Excellent writing and communication skills, with ability to create clear and concise documentation. • Proficient in HRIS systems and Google Suite. UKG experience is a plus. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
