Description

• Cultivate solid relationships with key clients and technical decision-makers. • Actively support clients via ticketing systems, chat, and video calls, ensuring top-tier engagement and technical guidance. • Manage client expectations by delivering clear communication, robust reporting, and actionable insights. • Debug complex issues by inspecting stack traces, server logs, database entries, and memory footprints. • Analyze and improve advertiser KPIs, proposing strategies to boost performance. • Troubleshoot and debug technical issues related to SDK performance, ad delivery, and reporting to minimize downtime for publishers. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in mobile app advertising, SDK development, and programmatic advertising. • Evangelize our tech stack, educating clients and internal teams through technical tutorials, sample code, and documentation. • Educate and guide publishers on integration best practices, technical workflows, and SDK capabilities. • Mentor team members, fostering growth and ensuring technical excellence across the team. • Develop and maintain documentation, tools, and resources to streamline the integration process for publishers. • Act as the bridge between regional business, product, and engineering teams to ensure client needs are met and market trends are addressed. • Collaborate with global teams, contributing to the development of internal tools and applications that enhance efficiency. • Take advantage of opportunities to interact and work with fellow team members in-person by attending occasional company events.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software development tools and customer support. • Robust troubleshooting skills with experience diagnosing and fixing issues in mobile apps, SDKs, APIs, and backend systems. • Deep comprehension of mobile app ecosystem dynamics, including OS version launches, platform updates, and hardware changes. • Familiarity with RTB, Charles Proxy, HTML/JavaScript ad tags, and ad servers. • Proven ability to build mobile apps from scratch using at least one language like Objective-C, Swift, Java, and Kotlin. • Ability to assess advertiser KPIs and craft action plans to drive performance improvements. • Skilled in scripting and task automation to streamline processes. • Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues using tools such as Charles Proxy, Postman, or similar debugging utilities. • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Confluence. • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly. • Demonstrated experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring team members. • Knowledge of mobile advertising and gaming industries, with experience analyzing data to deliver impactful solutions. • Prior experience in online or mobile advertising media or networks is a significant advantage. • Solid understanding of programmatic advertising concepts, including RTB (Real-Time Bidding), ad serving, and impression tracking is a plus • Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills (e.g., German, Russian, French, Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean) is a plus. • Flexibility in attending occasional cross-regional calls which may be early morning or late evening in the US working day • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
