📋 Description

• The Account Executive’s primary responsibility is to generate opportunities and successfully close sales. • Responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of sales objectives to a defined set of accounts, with a primary focus on establishing Lightcast’s work with Indian universities. • They will play a vital role in our company’s obsession with giving customers the unexpected and adding value at every interaction. • They will cultivate customer loyalty, maintain customer relationships, renew, upsell, and cross sell as appropriate for best-in-class customer value.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience and/or education as applicable • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (fluent in English) • Strong interpersonal skills to develop rapport with colleagues and customers • Cold calling, emailing, appointment setting, customer research, social selling, sales presentations and Lightcast product offerings. • CRM such as Salesforce or Sales Loft • Proficiency working with MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and Power Point. • Experience of selling into, or working closely with, universities is preferred • 5+ years of experience and/or education as applicable
