โ€ข Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients. โ€ข Set appointments or close deals with clients. โ€ข Identifying customer needs and communicating clientโ€™s value proposition. โ€ข Manage and develop your own diary, schedule call-backs, and future opportunities. โ€ข Working with weekly KPIs and targets. โ€ข Call leads from a database list and conduct research on potential prospects. โ€ข Utilize CRM and data entry systems. โ€ข Generate sales appointments and insides sales opportunities through outbound telemarketing campaigns, including manual internet leads. โ€ข Manage the customer through lead generation, pipeline management, organization, effective communication and strong listening skills. โ€ข Utilize, maintain and continuously improve various sales and communication techniques. โ€ข Educate customers in all products, services and packages along with competitor's offerings.

โ€ข Proven experience in International outbound sales mainly focusing on the IT Market, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. โ€ข Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects. โ€ข Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections and close sales. โ€ข Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities. โ€ข Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proactive and competitive mindset. โ€ข Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating and coordinating efforts with other sales representatives, marketing, and support teams. โ€ข Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of leads and opportunities. โ€ข Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. โ€ข Self-disciplined and resilient, able to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. โ€ข Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices, including cold calling, objection handling, and closing strategies.
