•As a Senior Data Product Manager at Lightcast, you will lead the entire lifecycle of our data-driven solutions. •Your role centers on transforming complex labor market data into intuitive, high-value products. •You’ll engage with customers to deeply understand their needs, validate opportunities for new products and features, and define clear, impactful solutions. •Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including data scientists, engineers, software product managers, marketing, and sales—you will drive the development and launch of products that meet market demands and deliver exceptional client value.

Requirements

•5+ years in product management with a focus on data or technology-driven products. •Familiarity with data products and analytics is essential; experience in labor market intelligence is not required. •Proven ability to build relationships and influence across the organization. •Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with strong technical and commercial acumen to convey impactful solutions. •Flexible, hands-on, and execution-focused, with experience defining and shipping products iteratively. •Skilled at leveraging data to inform product direction and working with labor market data and insights.
