β’ Utilize BigFix for efficient system management across diverse systems β’ Implement and maintain systems across Windows Server and Linux environments β’ Manage VMware, Azure, AWS, and on-premise servers effectively β’ Develop and maintain scripts in Python and/or PowerShell for automation tasks β’ Collaborate with teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery β’ Participate in an on-call rotation schedule to address system issues outside regular hours β’ Engage with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems β’ Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements β’ Proactively troubleshoot and resolve system faults and inefficiencies β’ Prioritize and complete assigned duties expeditiously and within approved windows β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at the same time β’ Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively within a team, while also taking the initiative to lead when needed β’ Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and accurately (both verbally and in writing) while maintaining a professional demeanor in alignment with the No Jerks Allowed philosophy β’ Other duties assigned
β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) β’ Extensive experience with BigFix and associated components (Relevance, Patch, Inventory, SWD) β’ Certification in BigFix is highly desirable β’ Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux environments β’ Experience with VMware, Azure, AWS, and on-premise server management β’ Strong scripting skills in Python and/or PowerShell β’ Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools β’ Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation schedule β’ Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams β’ Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
