Description

• Utilize BigFix for efficient system management across diverse systems • Implement and maintain systems across Windows Server and Linux environments • Manage VMware, Azure, AWS, and on-premise servers effectively • Develop and maintain scripts in Python and/or PowerShell for automation tasks • Collaborate with teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery • Participate in an on-call rotation schedule to address system issues outside regular hours • Engage with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve system faults and inefficiencies • Prioritize and complete assigned duties expeditiously and within approved windows • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at the same time • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively within a team, while also taking the initiative to lead when needed • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and accurately (both verbally and in writing) while maintaining a professional demeanor in alignment with the No Jerks Allowed philosophy • Other duties assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Extensive experience with BigFix and associated components (Relevance, Patch, Inventory, SWD) • Certification in BigFix is highly desirable • Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux environments • Experience with VMware, Azure, AWS, and on-premise server management • Strong scripting skills in Python and/or PowerShell • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation schedule • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
