β’ Have ownership over business development and sales of optical fabric products. β’ Explore customer needs, promote the company's products and solutions, and expand new customers and partnership channels. β’ Work closely with cross-functional teams, engineering, product, research, and interact with external partners and customers to ensure the products are aligned with customer needs.
β’ 10+ years of sales, technical sales or BD experience in the high-speed optics market. β’ Possess a deep understanding of the optical communications market and industry trends. β’ Experience with data center and AI architectures such as PCIe and related systems. β’ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written β’ Strong organizational and interpersonal skills β’ A successful sales case of advanced packaged chips is preferred.
