📋 Description

• The Business Analytics team is responsible for shaping how the department interacts with data to gain insight into our financials and make data-driven decisions. • As an Analyst, Anaplan Model Builder, you will play a meaningful role in developing our next-generation planning process through Anaplan. • You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Anaplan models to support various business functions. • You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into Anaplan models. • In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that improve enterprise planning and decision-making. • As part of the Anaplan Center of Excellence (CoE), you will contribute to maintaining model integrity, implementing best practices, and driving the successful adoption of Anaplan across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Anaplan Certifies Model Builder certified or equivalent training completed. • 2-5+ years of experience working as a model builder in Anaplan or another EPM tool. • An analytical and curious mindset with problem-solving skills and great attention to detail. • Confident, comfortable communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail. • Ability to use sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information. • Nice To-Haves: • Anaplan Solution Architect certified. • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, automation, and integration. • Familiarity with QuickSight, Power BI or other Business Intelligence software. • Background in insurance domain in particular individual life insurance, annuities, group insurance, and/or retirement planning. • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
