📋 Description

• The AVP, Supplemental Health provides leadership for the strategy and roadmap for critical product offerings. • You will act as primary liaison to the business, coordinating with key executive stakeholders and product heads regarding critical initiatives that align with departmental profitability. • The role will lead a team responsible for maintaining Supplemental Health products and service offerings, managing exceptions, and monitoring competitiveness while serving as subject matter experts and thought leaders to meet both internal and external needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ Years experience in group insurance or employee benefits with direct expertise in Supplemental Health (Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity) • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
