β’ Support customer inquiries for a leading Pharma company β’ Deliver optimized customer service experiences β’ Identify and triage medical inquiries to the right department β’ Respond to Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints β’ Document all interactions in the CRM system β’ Assist with temperature excursion inquiries β’ Provide assistance navigating commercial tools and sites β’ Work professionally with patients and healthcare providers
β’ Fluent in English and German β’ Based in Portugal with fully legal and valid documentation to work in the country β’ Experience in Customer Service or related fields β’ Flexibility to have the training in different hours due to time zone differences β’ Bachelor in Business, Supply Chain or related fields is preferred and/or 2-5 years of experience β’ Preference for individuals who have a minimum of 2 years of experience supporting pharma/biotech call centers and/or experience in medical or commercial settings β’ Prior experience in customer support (ie. logistics, order to cash 3PL/Distributor coordination) is an asset β’ Prior experience with vaccine products in a Pharma/Biotech call center preferred β’ Previous contact center experience is an asset β’ Strong proficiency with spoken and written English and German as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills β’ Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Connect & Salesforce Health/Service Cloud is preferred β’ Knowledge of Operating systems: Windows through the current version and Microsoft Office tools β’ Comfortable with PC Hardware environment: Laptops, Desktop and Printers β’ Experience with contact center telephony, email, and chat tool is preferred β’ Knowledge of using client relationship management systems is preferred
