• Direct sourcing recruitment experience within the legal or other relevant professional service sector • Experience in the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other equivalent tools • Market-mapping and research experience also desirable • Confident in communicating with people at all levels • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Enjoys building strong relationships with the ability to build natural rapport easily • Genuinely curious concerning the lives and careers of our consultants • Enjoys putting in place processes and systems and finding opportunities to introduce efficiencies • Very organised and structured • Strong process management skills but also pragmatic and flexible • Happy and comfortable with doing regular, repeat tasks as part of key processes • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to manage competing priorities and demands from a range of stakeholders • Hands-on and willing to “get hands dirty”, team player, dynamic and enthusiastic
